Stabilizer help

I run the 7.5" Pine Ridge Archery Nitro stabilizer with 2 extra 1 oz weights added. Good deal too. 8 color options and several finish options. For side bar, I really like the doinker stuff.

Arrow help

The HIT inserts system does not leave a protective ring around the top of the shaft. When the arrow hits, the pressure put on the interior of the shaft causes a lot of pressure. Imagine sticking a pencil in a straw and torquing it. Same result. (This, BTW, is why we did an outsert on our SD...

Nitro Button XL or Speed Nocks?

Everything Chobbs said there is spot on. I prostaff for PRA, and the vibration dampening that comes with the XLs are really excellent. Every bow I shoot is outfitted with those and the whiskers.
