Drop your savage in something like this, cut the weight and use the rest of the money you were gonna spend on a new rifle on ammo and practice

Appreciate it, I may upgrade the stock to a carbon later on, but the factory with no bedding is shooting pretty dang good. Each group is just fired off a pack for a rest on the range.

I'm the same height, but got a bit of weight on you and I am the opposite as you, my lower back is jacked up and a climber was the worst for me. Couldn't do more than 2-3hrs. The saddle allows me to shift positions very easily and quietly. Everyone is different I suppose
