I'm going to have a second gun done by pac nor, I couldn't be happier with their work my gun shoots almost all reloads under a minute and the good ones one ragged hole. I built a 28 inch 5 contour with the atacr 5x25 and now I'm going to build a lighter rig with a 26inch three contour would...
I built an lrm and couldn't be happier I am running a 28 pac nor in a 5 contour and am getting 3160 with sub half minute accuracy. I am shooting the 180 hybrids at a ten thousands jump you might be able to get more performance out of a larger cartridge and the 28 nosler would be my second pick...
I have plenty of points to draw region h next year and I also have the luxury of hunting with my cousin who is just beginning his hunting career as a wyoming resident. I was wondering if the wilderness areas in h had alot of pressure like I have heard about in the national forest areas due to...
When I grid for mule deer I start on 20 power and move up to 30 sometimes at greater distance. Then I will use the upper end of the magnification to break down shadows under trees and rocks and such, the lower magnification for mule deer and elk works good for locating
I'm leaning towards the pyra 2 man tipi in cuben fiber im.just not sure of the durability from what I understand, I talked to John at bear paw and he said it is durable and repairable doesn't tear like silinylon but will puncture and can be permanently repaired with cuben fiber tape
I like the looks of the para tarp and the other ultra light shelters but I need to have poles included because I always like to have my trekking poles on me to help navigate steep terrain. Does the para tarp have a door to enclose it for bad weather
Looking to cut some weight. I love the 20x60x85 spotter for backpacking but I just purchased a midsized spotter that is 2 lbs lighter and am looking for a tripod setup to cut weight, the slik 525 and 624 with the benro s2 head are on the top of my list any other recommendations are appreciated...

The 7 lrm is a 375 ruger necked to 7mm it will still fit in a standard magnum magazine, the 300 7 is a bit longer and about 6 to 8 grain larger case capacity
Had a 7mm rem mag re barreled in a 28 inch 5 countour pac not topped with a 5x25 atacr first trip to the range shot the 180 hybrids well with a .015 jump, I have a box of the 195 Eol s to try and was wondering if anyone had any load info on these I have a large supply of h1000 retumbo and rl 25...
I have a mega lite with a three ounce overfill which drugs the bag 7 to 10 degrees, it seems to be very roomy for a mummy bag and I couldn't be happier with western mountaneering products.
