Can anyone tell me why I would pay $124 for the bumpers from S2H, when I can go directly to their website and get them for $69.95. Genuine question, am I missing something?

are you capping your ocular or objective only? most of us are buying 1 for each end.

Yep, got that answer. Didn't realize they don't come as a set. No experience with them. Every other scope cap I've ordered comes as a set

Yeah, I know. It’s infuriating to me how expensive they are. Have to reward innovation somehow, but the profit margin on those things must be huge. I have to think they would sell 5x more of them at $60 or $80 per set.

Tried to order one with each reticle, but got an error saying it's only available for US orders. Bummer.

That must be a change then due to Zerotech. I was able to order one on the first drop and Jake had said he did the paperwork for exports.

When I ordered this morning, it was $179 deposit for the scope with the caps, then $899 plus $50 for the caps when ready to ship from Japan. Now it's selling at $224 with the caps, but it says the caps are $129. Then the caps are selling separately for $124.

Cool thanks. I ran the vortex defender scope caps last year with a zip tie. They didn't break miracilously. Still had issues with condensation in the rain but it wasn't an issue until opening and closing them a couple times. I am not sure these scope caps could stop that either. I'd like to test some see through scope caps that you don't open in incliment weather.
