That 'don't suck' comment was actually a double entendre that I suspect most missed. They are comfortable to sit behind for extended periods without that 'sucking my eyeballs out of my head' feeling I get from sustained use on most binos.
Now having a year+ using them, I would add that the image is a tad softer than that on some high dollar binos I have tried, but I'm not spending 5-7x the money just to get that. Think small 'sins of omission' with almost no 'sins of commission.'
CA is nearly nonexistent, and they easily ran my personal gauntlet for that: Looking at birds on a powerline backed by a bright blue cloudless sky in high altitude sun. I did manage to get some ghosting from early AM sun hitting a Redfield target glancing from the side. Once. I was not able to re-create it on my next few range visits.
