Zermatt Origin vs Aero Precision Solus

Wanting to build a new rig in 25 Creedmoor. I currently have a Solus action on another build, but customer service has been less than ideal. What about the Origin pro’s / con’s.

I've got an origin and have no complaints with it. Thinking about trying the Ti version on a lightweight build.

That’s kinda where I’m heading with this one. I want to try to keep it light so I may look at carbon fiber barrel and already have a chassis. Thanks for the info.

Did you already make the purchase? I have three origins and one Solus…. The origin is a superior action by a lot.

Care to elaborate on how the origin is superior? I've already bought an origin and am waiting on a prefit barrel so I'm just looking for confirmation that I made the right choice.

Yes the Origin is an awesome action. As stated I have one of each and another Origin on order. You didn’t go wrong. Nothing against the Solus I shoot it quite often but the Origin is super smooth.

I was wondering if it was foolish not to get the action with the integrated rail and recoil lug around the same price. I ended up getting the origin because of the two it was the only one I found in stock at the time
