I have set of practically perfect Zeiss Victory SF 8x42. I just got them back from Zeiss for a loose eyecup, and when they had them they replaced the eye cups, the body armor, replaced the focus knob assembly, regreased the focusing rods. Comes with factory case.
Why would I want to trade such nice binoculars after a factory refurbish? Well for my last couple hunts these were part of my optis system: these on my chest, 15x in the pack, and a big ol spotter in the truck. What I have found is I don't use the 15x (already sold) or the spotter (to be up for sale/trade soon), I just use the glass in my chest pack. Thus, I want to downsize to one peice of glass... which I think would be better served as a pair of 10x for all around use.
So looking to trade for an equivalent set of glass that are 10x42, ideally Zeiss Victory SF's, but open to other alpha glass.
I can take pictures if anyone is interested, but figured I would see if any interest was out there.
I live in Tucson Arizona and travel to Phoenix frequently if anyone is interested in seeing these in person.
