Zeiss Victory Rang Finding Bino

I don’t have a good pair of binoculars. I’ve see that the old model Zeiss Victory RF bino is pretty cheap compared to the new model. While still new, it looks like they are being cleared out of inventory. Is there any reason to not buy a new pair of the old model. They are 1/2 the cost of the new ones?

If I remember correctly, they do not have angle comp which can be a pretty big issue in some cases.
