Zeiss Terra Rifle Scope

Anybody used one? Seems like a good scope for the $$$ and also pretty light at 14oz

I'm thinking about trying one out, it's about $300 cheaper and 4oz lighter than the Leupold I was gonna get.

Basically I'm looking for a 4-12x, 40 - 44mm scope to put on my Tikka T3 Lite .270wsm, I'd prefer it to be as light as possible as I'm currently spending some $$ to have weight taken off other places of the gun.

I prefer the discontinued Conquest line over the Terra.
If you can find a Conquest I'd urge you to get it as I think the optical quality is better. Over a VX1 or 2 I'd suggest the Terra.

I just put a Terra with the RZ8 reticle on my new T3 7mm. No complaints.

I have one each of the discontinued Conquests I got for close to what the new Terra that I bought. I do not have enough time behind either one to tell a difference. I will have to take them both out and see if there is a difference. Either one is a good one at that price point. Pretty darn clear. Bob.
