I have owned this Zeiss DiaScope 65 FL spotting scope for about 12 years, and after using it for a few years, it has been sitting in my gear closet since. It was always covered in the field and the glass is in perfect condition. The body is like new with barely any visible use.
The range of the magnification is 15x-56x on this 65mm objective. At 3.4lbs, it is lightweight enough to pack into backcountry hunting or birding locations.
Get into a premium European spotting scope for much less than a brand new Asian made model of similar size and lesser quality glass.
I do have an older scope cam camera adapter, and if you'd like it and the Cannon digital point and shoot camera for this, add $50. This was before Phone Scope or Ollin.
