Brand new, open box condition. Includes everything that comes in the box as new-case, harness, etc.. I purchased these to compare to 12x and have decided to stick with the 12x. They were taken out long enough to use around the house for probably 30 mins total. Have never been in the woods. Great binoculars in a compact size that makes them easy to carry and handle.
