Sounds like you got both Optics Planet slow service and the standard USPS ineptitude slow delivery.

I had a Midway order travel around Missouri for 9 days before being sent to Colorado only to go silent for another week until it was on my doorstep in Montana, unannounced.

I called them last week and best they would do for me was 790 plus tax. Ended up buying a set off classifieds here.
