I'm getting ready to order my boots from Lathrop and Sons and these have caught my eye. Anyone here have any experience with them ? Pro's and con's ? I'm getting the custom fit service and the Zamberlan boots led the list for suitable boots for my feet so any of the other Zamberlan boots recommended ?

I've got a pair. Nice boots that actually don't leak even if you stand in a creek. They are a little on the heavy side and get great traction. I'm a hiking shoe kind of guy but if it's raining, snowing or I got to cross water or dew soaked fields they are what I wear

I just picked up a pr of these to add to my growing collection of Zamberlan boots. They are extremely well made boots and based on 2 weeks of use they will become my go to boots for hunting. Contrary to what I thought they have a stiffer shank than the Guide boots which I had been looking for. I picked mine up at ccoutdoorstore.com for 20% off which was good all last month. If you sign up for their emails I think you can get 15% or 20% off and if you can wait they will have another 20% off in the near future. I have bought several pr of Hanwag from the Lathrop boys and they do a great job but I will take the 20% off over their service. I am confident you will like them. Head to Banff today to give them a work out.

I have a pair, extremely well made. Love the heel cup, it's the best I have found in any boot. The more I wear them the more I like them
