Currently sitting in the Sternwheeler here in Whitehorse. Just returned from base camp on my way home from a hunt with the same outfitter. Crossed paths with the OP and his son as we transitioned a plane in Dawson City. Small world, as not only did I hunt with the same outfitter but also had the very same guide and wrangler for my hunt. Also had a great hunt, and having laid eyes on the 14 year old’s horns I can attest that they were indeed some very nice trophies.

Was going to post a story about my adventure, but for now will just tip my hat to the great write up and pics to the father & son team. Great pics and write up that captured the essence of my hunt as well. Congratulations!!!

I doubt any classmates will be able to top your son’s story about what he did on his summer vacation.
