Youth goulds turkey hunt

Goulds turkey hunting info isn't hard to find but not much info out there about people taking a youth hunter along with them. Has anyone taken their kid to Mexico to chase a goulds turkey? Or even taken their kid along for a Sonora mule deer hunt, really no difference in travel and logistics between the two.
