Sawzall (trail clearing/processing)
Maybe a gas can
Maybe chains if your car can fit them (my truck won’t go figure)

That’s gonna cover your ass for 90% of stuff without going full zombie apocalypse like your list (no offense).

Not a plug for jump starter but it reduced many of the items in my pickup as it has charging for most every device, jumper cables, and an air compressor that works plenty enough to get you out of multiple jams

sleep system for back seat of truck

ATV (but not always)

Cook stove/pots/pans

food/munchies/jerky/trail bars/beverages
paper towels
clorox wipes
hydrogen perxide
small medical kit
drugs (prescription, ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine, etc.)

Probably forgetting a few, but this is the basic setup

Fire extinguisher is a must! I was behind a lady west of Casper a few years back. She rolled her vehicle and was upside in the sage with fuel dumping out and a 30 mph wind. We got her out of the vehicle ok, but I had no extinguisher if things went south. Everyone in my family has one now.
