Yeti's Cast Iron Skillet and Insulated Rambler Bowls Review

Anybody that's worried about the weight of cast iron, just buy a decent carbon steel pan. Similar benefits to cast iron, but much lighter and more maneuverable on or off the stove.

I have one of the original Butter Pat 12” skillets and the borosilicate glass lid. I wish I had a 14”. I have many other vintage cast iron brands and have sanded down many Lodge skillets. These Butter Pat/Yeti skillets just have to be used to realize the benefit. Yes they are expensive, but if you like to cook the old saying quality is remembered long after price is forgotten rings true.

Right after Yeti bought Butter Pat, the original Butter Pat skillets were bringing >$600 on eBay!
