Can anyone confirm that this cooler will easily fit two bone in elk quarters?

Also, anyone that has one, would you be kind enough to measure the real word height of the cooler? Need to make sure it will fit under my tonneau cover.

I have no experience with that particular cooler but you can fit a front and hind in a 120 quart no problem.

Can't comment on bone-in quarters, but I had a Tundra 160 and sold it because while there was room for an entire boned-out bull in it, there was not enough room for ice too to get it cooled down. Went to two separate (and slightly smaller) coolers.

Buddy has the 160 and put a front and rear in his with ice blocks without issue. Big bull too.. prob could have fit more but we didn't try. I had my 210 with me and took the other front and rear as we opted for more ice and splitting the meat in two coolers.

Good call on getting EXACT measurements. You need to make sure you measure from TOP of bed floor rib, not in the dip between ribs.

Our Orca 140: has literally no clearance under our super duty Diamond back cross beam. So it fits, but is a total pain to move loaded. I believe Yeti is taller. And we have few complaints besides height on Orca.

YES, it does hold two rear quarters if you bone trim to fit.

You'd have to check and see what the inside dimensions are. In general I would say yes. But I have a 200qt IRP Marine cooler and I couldn't close it all the way with my daughter's bull's rear hams in it. But they were large. Only a two hour drive, so just packed my ice jugs around them as best I could.
