It's been used, so there are a few minor marks from normal handling, but everything is in good shape and functions exactly as it should.

Vertical Ergo grip
Thumb rest
Bag rider installed
Unused folder

Edit: Sorry, Aaron actually sent me a PM before you did, even though he commented here afterward. So you wouldn't have known that; my mistake. I just replied to yours first because it happened to be at the top of my inbox.

yep, its has gotten so bad anymore. over the past year it has gotten progressively worse with no signs of stopping.
