WTS/WTT XLR Element 4.0 magnesium medium action with 2 Unknown Munitions magazines

Hello,
I have a XLR element 4.0 magnesium chassis with the Lone Peak medium action inlet (DEFIANCE XM+, ZERMATT, STILLER, BAT MACHINE).
IT has the folder, carbon butt stock (13.75' lop with folder), carbon grip, bag rider, and 2 Unknown Munitions magazines.
It is new and never had a action installed. In the VA multi-cam.
I bought it last June with plans to build a custom 300 WSM, but I have changed my mind and want the long action version.

I would trade for a Remington LA version or sell outright.

I would sell it as a bare chassis + mags (no folder, butt stock, bag rider, or grip) for $700 shipped.
or
I would sell it with everything + mags for $1550 shipped.

I know I'm asking full price, but you are basically getting the 2 mags for free. I will also throw in 2 new 5 round AICS Accurate-Mag short action (308) and 1 new 3 round AICS Accurate-Mag short action (300 WSM) mag for free. I'm not trying to make money off this, just sell it for enough to buy the long action version.

I ordered the chassis and the stock, grip, and bag rider as two separate orders, that's why it is not assembled.
