Let me check here in a bit and I’ll add a picture.

Hopefully the picture makes sense. There’s an arc to the sleeve. I measured from where it meets the hood on the shoulder to the tip of the cuff. @justinspicher

I originally got the XL to accommodate thicker base layers, were to grow more of a gut, or if it’s really cold and I wanted to double later hoodies (large and then XL over it). I got that idea from a mountaineer named Max Neale that has a great blog and talks a lot about his gear.
