I wear sneakers from them. When I ordered, I never got anything except a confirmation. Shoes arrived the same afternoon my shipping info came in.
Customer service was terrible when I’ve reached out in the past ha.

Shoes are amazing though. Like them a lot and will continue to wear em!

Ya after disputing it through my bank I was able to get one of the charges refunded still haven’t seen shipping info and it’s been almost a week. I love my vivios so excited to try these
