X bolt speed LR Teflon nodule screw

I just got an X bolt 1 speed lr in 300wm. I installed a Timney trigger and noticed there is a little teflon nodule screw in the left side rear of the receiver near the bolt release lever. It looks like this piece engages the bolt shroud. The teflon part of the the screw seems to have been mostly sheared off. It is almost down to the metal. First off, what is this part called? Can’t find it on any diagram. Second, where can I order a new one? Third, how do I prevent this from happening again.

It’s not on the parts diagram. From what I found it’s only on certain rifles. Might be used to prevent the bolt from binding.

I have an Xbox stalker it has the same screw but the nylon tip fell off, I can't find the part anywhere either. The bolt doesn't lock in safety either.
