No need to discourage folks when it's not needed.

You're digging a hole. Seriously, just stop.

You ruin draw odds by trying to be "nice" to compete strangers. You are hurting the people you directed to the same areas with your posts over the just 10 years.

I don't apply anywhere near laramie anymore but I do know some nice guys who do apply there yearly because they have private land to hunt.

If you are dying to send more hunters to already saturated areas, at least do it via PM so you don't screw the guys who have put in years of work building relationships in the "Laramie Area".

This is probably the 10th time on multiple forums... she has single handedly bombed the draw odds in multiple areas for multiple species. The state is saturated but posts like that one turn 2-3 point areas into 10 point areas and leave the hunters wondering why they spent the points after their hunts.

We had a sleeper 1 pt unit back around 2018 tried for 4 years to get it 1-2-3-4 points and then said screw it, went guided.

I get your point but you aren't seeing YouTube folks on the Laramie Valley HMAs fighting the crowds on opening morning. Google Laramie Valley antelope and see what results pop up... Posts from Rokslide start showing up immediately after gohunt and the WG&F. This site has great SEO so posts here absolutely influence outside people that aren't even members of the forum. SHE knows this. I have zero problem with her wanting to help others but it should be done via PM.

I also stand by my point that her post is seriously misleading. There is very little public land in the valley and most of those nice bucks she mentions live on inaccessible private land.

I don't mind having the conversation out in the open because I have sent you PMs on numerous occasions. You have said you understand and will stop but you don't.

Your post is flat misleading and you know it. I wanted to call that out because it is wrong to even mislead complete strangers. If you are referencing areas outside of the Laramie Valley, your post was even more misleading.

I know your intentions are good but the way you go about it is terrible to all involved, including your friends who like to hunt the areas you are secretly trying to steer people towards. The draw odds for residents are going south as well...

The rules prohibit giving specific unit numbers and no specific unit numbers have been given. I don't see the point of the pissing contest. If you want stricter rules take it up with Robbie and see where it goes.
