Wyoming long range hunting debate

Derailing this post but I find it interesting that people actually believe in and trust wildlife biologist's studies, reports, and numbers.

Each state and study has it's own context that has to be weighed. I certainly put stock in data put out by a lot of the wildlife agencies but there are some that come off as intentionally misleading.

This is one of the elk and other animals found by my friends in Wyoming
Shot in the guts and ran off after some guys they allowed access across their property to the public land they graze , this year they have decided enough is enough, imo you can’t practice enough to make crazy shots, maybe there’s some merit to the argument
They found the bull couple days after the hunter asked them for some help
