Wyoming High Country Hunt Outfitter

I am enlisting the trust of Rokslide for recommendations for a Wyoming outfitter. I am interested in a high country rifle mule deer hunt, ideally in G or maybe H. Budget is rather flexible. I am sitting at either 4 or 5 deer points right now. Depending on how the point creep goes over the next few years, I may struggle to catch up and be able to draw a G tag in the special. Looks like it took 6 points this past year.

I am thinking about 2028 if I can find a reputable outfitter with an opening.

Any recommendations will be appreciated. Also, feel free to reach out via PM with any negative reviews as well.

I hunted with Trophy Mountain Outfitters last September. I would recommend them. PM me if you need more info on them.

Unless they raise tags, not sure you'll catch G. Big pool of max/high point holders out there getting in.

But, if you do, I still hear good things about Rob Wiley, Non-typical Outfitters. Not sure if he does H but probably.

Agreed, I may struggle to catch up with the points for G.

I have read good things about Non Typical as well.

Maybe one day I will have that bank roll to afford a commissioners tag.

I got lucky and won the deer super tag a few years ago and now im hooked on mule deer. Being a flat lander, I dont quite have the experience yet to attempt a DIY hunt.
