Wyoming Antelope Area 48

I have drawn an antelope tag for area 48 type 2 (season starts Oct. 5). Any advice from you guys that have hunted this unit in the past would be most helpful and appreciated. Will be camping on BLM. Thanks

48 has checkerboard in the bottom end of it.

Never thought it was much of a unit, but my father killed one of those famous Red Desert 82's that are only 12 inches long in that unit.

He has twins taken 30 years apart that look like that. 12.5 inches long with 7 inch cutters and huge bases.
His favorite unit.

Great hunt. Lots of good average size bucks. Saw a few upper 70's class bucks.
