Wyoming 14 points where to use

As the reference line implies, I have 14 preference points for mule deer in Wyoming. For you Mule Deer junkies, where would you try to use them in WY?

14 as a NR is kind of no-man's land. More than you need for G/H, but not close to the upper end limited areas.

Thanks. I am not a mule deer fanatic so not looking for the stars and the moon anyway. I may not even apply for another 6 years, or may get into it and apply in January.

I can agree that you are in no-man's land. I know a few guys who have pulled the random with few to no points.

I actually helped a guy this year draw a second choice tag as he was sitting on max points and a 5% odds of a tag with max points wasn't in his cards, so we put in for that tag (I would have been over the moon to have drawn it), but we drew the second choice hunt with an average of over 10 points because there were two max points holders and myself.

If I were in your shoes, I would be finding other units that people have used similar points and then contact the biologists. I would also reach out to people who have drawn those tags and ask for experience therein. I know that Region G/H are great, but they're not 14 points worth.
