So for Gen S the latest that is is Mid-Nov ? as that tag turns to cow only in some units.
What about Start date. Is it 9/1 if you have archery stamp or 10/1 if you don’t?

And Monday one of NM tags showed up too

Yeah the general license is the one that came to mind for me..

Seems like a nightmare for an LEO to decipher in the field
