Firstly you can ship powder from a liscensed shipper (fedex main facility, UPS main facility, not outlets or Usps ever) probably be around 20-30 bucks. I have a little over 4 pounds of RL26 2 from the same lot the others are separate and the 4th pound has some added from an almost empty pounder.
