I am selling a Howa 1500 Stainless 223. The scope and rings in the pictures are not included. I think; but can't confirm, the picatinny rail is a 20 moa rail and that will be included. The gun is in good to very good condition with normal scrapes in the stainless finish of the barrel from use. I don't know how it shoots as I got this and a Sako A7 in trade for some hiking and backpacking gear and have never shot it. I need $400 shipped and insured for rifle and rail.
