I purchased this set from Kifaru a few months back in anticipation of a New Years trekking event that was unfortunately cancelled.
The tipi was set up for 30 minutes in my back yard, but otherwise untouched.
The arctic stove is still sitting brand new in its bag.
Obviously, all of the parts are included (stakes, seam sealant, etc.).
This is a brand new item that I paid $2,100 for recently and picked up directly from the Kifaru store in Colorado (as I live nearby).
The brand new 12-man tipi and Arctic stove is yours for $300 discount (i.e., $1,800) with no build time wait.
