WTB WTB leupold vx freedom 3-9x40 rimfire

Just curious if you've used one before? I need a scope for my tx1, just something light to plink with and squirrel hunt. Wondering if it's worth it to pay up for the model with parallax adjustment or not. I've found the less expensive leupolds actually have great glass for the money.

I'd buy a used $100 Nikon Prostaff vs a $300or 350 new Leupold vx-Freedom. I've beat those Prostaffs to forever and they just keep working.
