WTB Kuiu Pro Suspension

I am wanting to buy a Kuiu pro suspension system, size S/M. I have the bag for it but my suspension broke so just needing to replace that. Thanks!

Yes, hauling 2 elk quarters and some scrap meat with it. I went to tighten the waist belt more but it broke the clips. Which lead to all of that weight dropping on my shoulders and somewhere along the line it broke where the shoulder straps attach to the frame. This was the Kuiu ultra that broke but I talked to Kuiu and they said the pro suspension system would work fine for it.

Copy. Sounds like you already talked to KUIU but in my opinion they should replace it for free.

I tried and they wouldn’t replace it. Emailed back and forth for a while and they wouldn’t do it.

Haha Yeah I bought a Mystery Ranch and love it. Much better quality. Was just trying to find the suspension for a backup

Were you the original purchaser? This is disappointing they would not stand behind it.

I have a S/M Icon Pro (not the newest updated Pro) they came out with ~2 years ago I’d be willing to sell if you’re interested. It’s Verde if that matters to you.

It’s lifetime to the original purchaser only. I had an early model frame with a tiny crack and they replaced it right away.

That’s good to know you had a better experience. I would note, it appears to have been years ago.
