I tend to get cold pretty easy that's why I was thinking the 210. I'd maybe be interested in the 145

Just want to try to help. A friend and me both ordered the 210 merino bottoms because we liked the 145's. We both had to send them back, and spoke with kuiu about it, and apparently it was way more people than just us that thinks the 210's were a failure. The fabric blend, in that design/cut, just didn't work lol. Hope it helps.

I would stick with the 145s personally. You could run thicker pants.
