WTB Wtb cheap pack for my brother

Looking for a cheap pack that my brother can use on a 3 day backpacking trip later this month, I can carry some of his heavier stuff like water/tent, so he doesn’t really need a frame, but he needs a bag, let me know what you have! Would like to keep it under 100 bucks
