Hey bud I've got a Big Agnes Lynx Pass 2 that should be good for your needs. It will come with all the stuff sacks, poles, and stakes and also the footprint in case you want to pitch it without the inner tent. There was a small tear in the vestibule that I repaired with Tenacious Tape and I think I may have even sewed it in a couple places. I can get pics later if you're interested. $100 shipped was what I was going to list it for.

That is a great deal on the BA Lynx. Footprint included you won't find it for much less. My son has this tent. Comes in at 4 lbs. 6oz including footprint on pack weight. Strong tent and roomy.
