Don't have the Corrugates, but the Wranglers are really comfortable. I wear them almost every day, hard to beat for the price.

I normally wear a 34/36, and the 34/34 Wrangler outdoor pants (the 788 series) fit me really well.

More $, but the Eddie Bauer Guide Pants are available in a 36" length. Not sure who copied who, but they are very similar.

prana zion are better quality I think than the wrangle and come in 36 inseam. My wranglers pilled pretty quick

I wore a pair for about a week in the Frank Church Wilderness. They were very comfortable but they also pilled badly. I threw them away at end of the week as it looked like I was wearing wooly chaps.

My prana zion are pretty new for me to be sure they wont pill so...I can say my sitka hanger pants in tall are long enough for my 6 ft 5 frame and have worn well over the last 2-3 years.
I tried some eddie baur guide pants but they seamed to short in the back. Plumber butt wise. Had to return them.
