Great Bull, and nice write up. The Photo with the tag cut out on the horn is awesome! Submit that to some contests and you have a good shot at winning.. Awesome experience for you, your brother, and buddy!!
Gorgeous bull and a great story. Congrats man!I’m overwhelmed with joy and sadness that it’s over already but no way I’d ever pass up this bull. He’s exactly like I dreamed of shooting, couldn’t be happier. Being in the middle of big screaming bulls was an unforgettable experience in itself. Knowing anyone in any state would be ecstatic to shoot a bull like this was the cherry on top of this adventure. I’m honored and proud of the opportunity to take my first ever elk in my home state that thousands of others never get to experience. I’m glad I was able to make the most of my opportunity. Truly the trip of a lifetime that I’ll never forget!
Thanks for tuning into the crazy ride!
PS My wild facial hair is a good luck thing my buddies and I do, maybe it does work?

I got 336" my first go being hard on myself and always rounding down, then later with a buddies help holding tape better we got 350 2/8" I am guessing he will be in the 340s gross.Wicked nice bull. Great write up. Have you put a tape on him to get a green score?
Yes the bulls were completely in their element screaming at dusk and dawn. Must have been the cold snap we had the last week, very lucky! Was one of the coolest experiences I have ever had.Awesome job! You did better than me when I had that tag in 2005. Sadly I ate tag soup from hunting in August when it’s 95 degrees down there. I did see some elk but all in the park boundary. Big bulls like 350-400”. I’m now relying on raffles for the tag.
Checked my chips from my cameras and I caught my bull 2 days before shooting him. Pretty cool!
