Would you buy this scope?

If there not raising the price like they talked about is there any reason not to wait if you have a decent scope already.
Let the bugs get worked out and will definitely pick one or two up.

I think the fear is it mirrors some of S2H/UM other collaborations and even those on preorder end up waiting way longer than anticipated. I'm not saying that's going to be the case but if it is, extras could be nonexistent for a long time.

I guess I don’t follow how the scopes are going for presale, after all this buildup on here, but you had to be at the expo to hear about it……thanks to those that posted it is happening on here so we have a heads up.

No disrespect intended but I'm wondering if some wires haven't been crossed somewhere? I could be totally wrong but it seems odd for a pre order today when none of the official folks have mentioned it. Unless for some reason they need a small order I wouldn't think they would make it complicated to order one. I've never launched a new product so I have no idea what I'm talking about but I do see several guys with money in hand trying to pre order something. If it was this morning I think they would make it known?

Yeah its weird enough for me to think its not happening, but enough have said that's what they were told that I'm not able to discredit them either. I'm ready, I think. I'm not sure I'd drop full price for an extended unknown timeframe preorder if I wasn't supposed to know about the preorder...

I couldn't tell you. But I was 100% told by one of the people that is very invested in this that the pre order was today. Considering the amount of lead up to this, I simultaneously feel that he wouldn't say something that wasn't true to multiple people, but also that its a strange way to handle it.

That being said, T-8 minutes.

1) What I'm seeing here is that the people closest to this project seem to know the most about pre-order. That's honestly a good thing. Give the most lead time to the people who have supported the idea the most.

2) This is likely the biggest project UM has ever undertaken in this manner, and they are probably doing their level best to mitigate the 'I can't believe this is all happening so fast' mental rush that tends to happen during big projects.

I am - for this round - just an outsider looking in. I guess we'll know more in a couple of minutes. I hope they sell the entire block of pre-orders by lunch.

I got to check out the scope in person at Hunt Expo. Pretty impressive. So far have not seen the pre-sale live anywhere at T+3 min
