Sounds like my deer hunt in December, 3 down in less than 10 second from a treestand. The 6 Creed with 108s and knowing the holdovers made it fast.No sir. Dial elevation, hold wind. IF you need rapid elevation change, then use reticle. For instance, I used the new scopes on three deer, at three different distances- dialed to the center, knew the closest if the deer ran towards me was almost exactly a mil short, and the farther one was almost exactly a mil long- the spots were about 100 yards apart. Shot the center one, then held 1 mil high in the farther, then they ran towards me and held .8 mil low. Three deer, in about 11 seconds. Exactly what the reticle was made for.
Also have used it for follow up shots- animal is hit, runs closer or father away- hold in the reticle.
It is really easy to get some hobby paint and fill in the engraving any color you would want. Not to be negative on this, especially if it's just one option - but that is an absolutely horrible color that I do not want emblazoned as a billboard of on the side of my scopes. Respectfully - it's the opposite of sexy, guys.
Smaller, and a subdued gray, is good and fine.
^^Still curious. Not complaining either way, just curious.I have an eyepiece question:
The specs indicate a locking eyepiece. Is it, once unlocked, still relatively coarse (ie fast focus) adjustment?)
Asking because stuff I've had in the past was either a) locking, with very fine adjustment, or b) no-lock fast-focus. Just curious if this is the former or the latter, or a combination of fast and locking? Not getting into what's better or why, just asking which it is.

Thank you. Perfect! It is a fast focus diopter, with a lock ring.
Any further testing or evals going on? Also any update on the plans for preorders?
I say lock the thread and post the new locked prototype testing thread w/ specs and drop / heavy use tests like previously mentioned. This shit is insufferable.
Since I think Ryan and Form are the only ones that have touched the scope, you could do a search of this thread of posts by them. Could even do ZeroTech as well. I imagine they want to keep this thread fairly big for google search traction maybe.@Ryan Avery @Formidilosus @Unknown Munitions
Can we please do this?
There's 4000 posts of mostly useless BS in here. It would be a lot more palatable to direct others to concise information.
