Women’s Fanatic Bibs

I’m sure this will draw some jokes, but I’m curious to know if any men on here have ever tried the women’s Sitka Fanatic bibs. I ask because it seems like you can find better deals on these frequently. I’m curious to know how different the fit is, or if it’s possible for a guy to order a size or two up and essentially end up with the same product for less money?
