Wiser Precision Trekking pole mount

That third leg optics mount looks awesome. Is it an additional piece that pairs with the quick-stix or is it an entirely separate attachment?

You're looking at two different accessories in those photos.
1) Quick-Clip (black piece in the photo on the right). This clips into the grove cut into the Quick-StiX and has a QD picatinny clamp so you can attach to your gun. It also attaches to the 3rd leg.

2) The Third Leg. This is another trekking pole leg, but has two short sections of picatinny rail on it and an aluminum cap with a 1/4-20 stud so you can mount a ballhead or pan/tilt. I have the Leofoto LH-25 ballhead installed in that photo. One of the picatinny sections is cut at an angle (you can actually see it in the photo) so you can fold all of the legs together and have everything connected parallel (or near parallel at least).

I carry a tripod for my spotting scope, a BogPod. It has the interchangeable head so it doubles as a gun rest. Otherwise I’d try this because I’m definitely carrying trekking poles already. Still pretty tempting.
