I’m having issues with mine. Would like to see if anyone else is experiencing the same.

I’ve had the adapter come loose probably 10 times so far and I think I’ve diagnosed the problem: when it’s installed, if you push up from the bottom of the arca plate, see pic below,View attachment 772308, the adapter stays tight. But if you push down, as in applying pressure on the top side of the metal contraption, see pic below,View attachment 772307… it will completely come loose with very little pressure. Here’s a screenshot from the video where it popped loose:

I’ve sent an email with a video demonstrating this to wiser. Anyone else have this issue?

I had the same issue, but it was user error. I wasn’t feeding the tabs in correctly and it wasn’t working. Once I got a hold of wiser precison they walked me through it and it’s been solid.

Sorry you had trouble. But thanks for bumping this thread. I've been looking for something like this to replace my tripod mounted clamp that wasnt overly expensive. I am clumsy as hell so Ill let you know if I break it

I’ve triple checked the routing of the strap and it’s correct. I’ve even intentionally tried routing it a different way but no matter what it easily loses friction and falls off if I push it downward. I’ll let you folks know what Wiser says when they get back to me.

I used mine on a recent hunt. I was really loving it for the low profile and always on aspect. Unfortunately midway through the hunt I had a similar thing happen with it loosening. Now it "pops" tension and becomes loose very easily even after retightening. I've watched the videos I don't think I'm doing it wrong. It's a great concept but I'm gunshy to take it on any longer backpack style hunt.

It literally took me two days to figure out I was doing the routing of the strap incorrectly. I was about to return it to wiser out of frustration. When I finally figured it out it was not as intuitive as you would think. Not doubting you, just sharing that the routing wasn’t really clear from the directions and I definitely did it wrong and had the same issues you are.
