FNG from the state of Wisconsin, where we are just maybe average at everything except drinking.

Joined a while back and wasn't really active, hoping to start with more activity now. While I spend most of my time hunting whitetails and chasing rabbits. I caught the mule deer bug a few years ago and now that's all I wanna do.

Very green FNG to western hunting but always looking for new things to learn. Main focus is archery and fitness outside of hunting season.

As the self-appointed chairman of the welcoming committee, it is my privilege to extend a laurel, and hearty handshake (virtual, of course) to our new WI member.

Welcome. I live in MN about 2/3 the time and WI 1/3 though largely hunt in NW WI.

Never ventured up that way hunting. About 99% of what I do is east side of the state south of Green Bay a bit
Welcome!
My folks still live down in the Sheboygan area, lots of good whitetail country there for sure!
There's a lot of good info around here on western hunts too, I'm sure you'll find your way around.

Close to home, I grew up just west of Manitowoc. Definitely plenty of good areas to go, my brothers and I own 26 acres in Manitowoc County. Not the most amount of land but definitely nice to have.

Ha! It's a small world. I grew up on a an old dairy farm just outside of the town of Cleveland, just a mile south of the Manitowoc county line (Orchard Rd), with I-43 just out of sight. My parents moved from there awhile ago, they're in Sheboygan Falls now. Dad's got a place with some river bottom land that the deer love as a corridor.
