My sister just sent me a few pictures of her neighborhood, looks like some stiff winds today, gusts up to 106mph. Hope everyone is safe and have no damage to their property.

I've had the conversation more than a few times - the past 12 or so months have had more wind and significant wind events than I can remember. (Western MT)

No damage today, but the power was out for a few hours. I lost 15 or so big trees in the last 3 events, tho. Others I know got it much worse. August, October and November all brought at least one dandy storm.

Really strong winds in great falls today lost power for 4 hours everything back on now been here 10 years never lost power that long

We saw a massive wind/ dirt devil today. Red flag warnings this time of year and mud is odd. Also saw lots of debris and household items flying around the valley. Crazy storm, just hope it brings the big snow and cold they are forecasting.

Went fly fishing today...you can imagine how well that went. Did catch one but caught mostly frustration from the wind. Crazy windy
