Window Mount Adapter for Arca Clamp

If this has already been discussed or is common knowledge, forgive my stupidity, I can’t find anything. I’ve got a Nikon window mount I keep in the truck for using on a spotter on occasion that has your typical older style baseplate/clamp mounting system (pictured below). Just got a new spotter with an arca rail. Is there some kind of adapter that will clamp in the window mount baseplate that converts to an arca clamp?
