eh, we had the same speeds up here palmer wasilla area last week. coworker was out of power for 4 days with it being 5 degrees out.

It was fun. I was only out of power for 3 days. My buddy's place was out Friday afternoon to the following Wednesday.

The power just turned back on after shutting down yesterday. The wind broke some power poles and it appears someone hit the powerline on the freeway.

I saw the power company crew working on setting poles in the wind.

I had two trees across my driveway and one top broke off and hit the power lines but didn't break anything.

In town big fir trees tipped over onto houses. I saw one pickup on its side and a friend called and said he saw a semi tip over and slide down the road.

I'm just glad to have flushing toilets again. Life in the west is exciting.

My toilets never flush, that was the one thing that stayed working at my house. I think it got to 90mph+ near me.
