The Naga is great but does not block wind at all. The atom lt blocks wind pretty well with the breathable side panels that will not as they are fleece. A windpro fleece is the best bet or a light softshell. See my other posts, combat jacket is the lightest pure softshell out there and is awesome would fit the bill. Another vote for the guide jacket or vest from kuiu, blocks about 80% of wind and is nice and quiet.
