Two guys to a boat. No we didn’t. We could cover about a mile of river, which was a three hour round trip ride. The last two days we were out moose we’re beginning to respond, but just never closed the deal. We were also all archery hunting.

They have a butcher shop in McGrath. Susitna air now does the flying and offers other trips as well.

i have a hunt booked with them for 2025...i sent an email months ago asking if the .gov shutting down hunting land would effect our hunt and was told "we'll get back you" and never heard back...this makes me nervous to send anymore money

I hunted with his outfit and to say the communication was horrible would be a compliment. I did get a nice bull and so did others that hunted in the area he has access to but you’ll only hear from him when the money is due. You can try calling him, that seemed to work better than emails.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to look them in the eye and ask them about it. Not in an accusatory manner, just doing your research. Their response and body language should tell you what you want to know.
